ARC Automation (“ARC Automation”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an innovative provider of online automation, marketing and management tools for its eCommerce business clients (collectively, our “Services”). This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, and disclose information we collect about you through our website located at (the “Site”) as well as your choices and rights regarding your personal information.
Arc Automation may also process personal information about the customers of our clients through our clients’ use of our Services. When we process personal information through a client’s use of our services, we only process such under the direction of our clients and have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data we process.
